Vikrant Dogra

I am currently Assistant Manager of the Reserve Team at Molesey Football Club, a Surrey-based club in Step 4 of the National League system, having worked at Steps 5 to 7 over the previous 3 years, with a view to progressing to Steps 2 and/or 1 and, eventually, the Football League (EFL). I am combining this role with a BSc (Hons.) in Coaching for Performance in Football, a Distance Learning Degree with Anglia Ruskin University, with whom I will be starting the second year in the autumn.

Part of the requirements of this degree's modules include: planning, designing and delivering a physical periodization programme; writing a proposal for physical testing designed to be delivered to a head coach; and a research project on a particular area of coaching football that is of personal interest. A work placement is also part of the final year of this degree.

I am UEFA B qualified, working towards FA Youth Award Module 3, and attended a UEFA A Licence Preparatory Course in December 2015.
