Wows.
Where'd y'all go?
I only tend to check this place out once every couple of months and I've seen it slowly dying down, but now it's basically a ghost town
I spent soooo much time on here and on TFF. Like, I'm not even kidding... I must have been about 13/14 when I first signed up...
It's all a very meeeeeh card as well, isn't it. Reminds me a lot of heading into Wrestlemania 32... potential there for great matches, but the sad fact is that people just seem to struggle to perform at Wrestlemania and matches usually just settle for being ok. Nothing on that card is overly...
Ah fairy nuff.
TBF, I did build content that entertained. Member NOTW? Member 1FF Wars? Oooooh I member.
That's right, I managed to make 1FF wars into something so big that it eventually led to me buying out Yahoo. That's buy-able, right? Sssh.
If anyone asks, tell them that's what I'm off...
This is the first time I've been on here since early September, so it's safe to say that I'm not quite as enthralled with the site as I once was. I'd like to say it's because I went off and got myself a life, but I think anyone here that knows me would never buy that for a second.
Needs more...
I did, I'm just never on here anymore so didn't get around to mentioning it! I said after going to 31, it's kind of a bad move in the end because once you go to one you can't face the idea of missing out on it any other years so you sort of become addicted...
God damn, missed the last one after fucking up that bonus question about who'd win out of Raw and Smackdown... very damaging. I reckon I'd have ended on 52 points with my guesses last time. Now it's basically unwinnable.
Though that rumble winner question with a pretty much game breaking 10...
I just know that WWE love to push shite people who have none of the talents that you need to be a pro wrestler over people who make a valuable contribution to the company. Miz always seems to lose and Corbin is going to be made into a star whether we want it or not.
Yeah it was ok overall, but the 5 vs 5 was a bit underwhelming, especially when compared to last years which was about an hour of sheer entertainment from start to finish.
TWAT.
What the fuck did I put Smackdown to win the womens match? I'd genuinely spent the entire build up to Survivor Series sure that Raw would win, if only because they had Asuka who wasn't about to suffer her first pin fall in a match like that. Fuck knows why I put that... I watched the PPV...
It's a bunch of shit, and disappointing because BF2 looked so promising in the early goings. They looked like they'd fixed a lot of the things that were wrong with the last one, funnily enough one of those things being a blatant rip off money grab attempt where they gave us half a game and...
Brock Lesnar v Aj Styles
The Shield v The New Day
Alexa Bliss v Charlotte
The Miz v Baron Corbin
Sheamus/Cesaro v The Uso's
Men's Elimination match Raw v Smack down
Women's Elimination match Raw v Smack down
Enzo v Kalisto
Smackdown with most wins... am I the only one voting for that?! :o...
Pretty much in line with everything I thought. One of the best yet, an absolute blast start to finish. Plus it had the balls to make some pretty big, impactful changes as well. I think that given time, it genuinely has a shot of becoming not just one of the best Marvel movies, but maybe the best.
The X-Com games are basically my favourite PC games ever I think. Every time I start a game of it up, I do nothing else with my life besides sleep, work and play X-Com until it's finished. Addictive doesn't even begin to describe it.
So yeah, buy the fuck out of them.
Ah yeah, I had meant to have added a part into that post along the lines of being able to appreciate that if you dislike those sorts of movies and don't watch them, it can look as if "the same shit" is dominating the modern movie scene. In the way that when I see that another Fast and Furious...
I've never bought into this bullshit argument of them all being "the same". Whenever people say that, I just assume that they know fuck all about the actual films.
Sometimes, yes, they can retread familiar territory (especially when dealing with origin stories), but as of Ragnarok Marvel are...
