18,377 I think, with 5,031 from down the road.
It was billed as a "sellout" because all available tickets were sold. It's still quite a way off absolute full capacity, thanks to us not being allowed to sell 1,000 seats in the North Stand (away end) and half the old West Stand (2,500 or so).
I wasn't a big fan when he got a stupid and needless red card for an elbow in one of his first games (scored before that as well) and he's been very much bit part, but looked aggressive and hardworking in the cameos I'd seen - like a taller James Norwood. And last night my regard for him trebled...
I think it's even more incredible considering the cost of living atm. The fact that there's still thousands of people willing to spend the money required to support their team - and presumably a lot of them will be doing this despite being crippled by rising energy/food costs - is astounding. I...
That's excellent support and quite a few more than I expected (obviously it's not this weekend like I said, it's the one after). I really hope it isn't postponed due to stupid international call ups, albeit if it means we definitely have Connell available for the game then I'll take it
Unreal numbers from Plymouth today. Puts most away support, including ours, to shame. Expect Ipswich to bring at least what they did to Bolton next weekend, given how big the game is and the fact they've had a lot of stay-awayers come back this season.
Brilliant support from Pompey, I'd have expected around 1,200 of them on a Saturday but not a Tuesday night - their already good support seems to have gone up another notch since we last played them
Si Robin Duff will get a good reception, I hope? Expecting nothing less than a very tough game today, thought you were a bit unlucky to lose at Oakwell and I expect Alfie May to cause us problems
Speaking of cup finals, I see you've got 4,500 looking forward to a big day out in a couple of weeks - cute that you're all so eager to come up to Barnsley
Think it was 628 Cambridge at Oakwell. Decent numbers but very little in the way of vocals, not that there was much for them to shout about
And we've sold our allocation of 1,055 for Cheltenham next weekend
Forest filled both tiers at QPR tonight. Which is impressive considering they failed to sell out 2,500 at Barnsley a few weeks back and brought 1,200 to us on a Friday night a few seasons back. Can only assume it was cheap tickets or the fanbase decided this would be a special event or something.
Good following that from Hudders, looking at pictures it appears we opened up a few bits of the away end that have been off limits for a while. Senseless having 6,000 capacity stand and only allowing teams 4,400 as was the case with Leeds.
No reason why you can't win tomorrow, you're flying and we're bottom with one away win all season. As you say, I think we'll have a fair few fringe players on the pitch staking their claim - our current team hasn't been rotated much under Struber and they'll be knackered after the Christmas...
We've not even filled the side - 1,121 sold. Irrespective of our form this season, I thought we'd have taken more at £15 and 1hr 45 away on a Sunday.
I'd guess we had the same at Derby last night although not seen any figures.
That was poor from us last night, worst we've played under Struber. I don't know what it is about midweek night games that brings out the worst in us but the stupid defensive errors were back and we looked toothless going forward bar a few 5 minute spells.
Fair play to Wazza, lasted the full 90...
Dunno, club have been a bit stingy with ticket info in the last year or so. I'd expect to fill the stand along the side, don't know if we've been given one behind the goal as well.
