No idea how many we've sold for one of our nearer games in Derby but at £31 a ticket, on Sky and having just travelled to Millwall and Swansea over Christmas I'm going to hazard around 1,000 at best. But we do get to see Wazza though so..
Absolute scenes in the away end at the den today. Millwall started well and I thought we were in for a rough afternoon but we nicked a goal against the run of play and from then on were probably the better team. To get our first away win of the season at one of the form teams is just fantastic :woo:
Is that Boro figure real? 279 on a Saturday 3pm? I know it's a hell of a long way but wow.
Saying that we'll probably not have many more at Millwall next weekend. Or indeed Swansea on the 29th...
In fairness I work with plenty of Forest fans and most acknowledge they've not played particularly pretty football this season but have been clinical when it matters. Yesterday aside obviously.
More possession, more shots, better chances, but up pops one of our defenders once again with a comical mistake to gift Boro a goal they've barely merited. I'd love it if we just sacked our entire defence before the next game. We'd still concede the same amount of goals.
Good God. Last 6:
1-1 vs Swansea
2-2 vs WBA
1-2 vs Huddersfield
2-2 vs Bristol City
2-4 vs Stoke
2-3 vs Blackburn
I'm obviously glad we're finally scoring and we've not failed to score in our last 9 games, but our defence is badly letting us down. Can't do jack shit until January...
Same.
Our defence is just unbelievable. Every single game without fail they leave an opposition player completely unmarked from cross/set piece = goal conceded, and then one of them plays a moronic pass out of defence straight to an opposition player = goal.
We've scored twice in 6 different...
Bloody hell that's not good from Wigan.
In a similar manner, I'll be surprised if we've hit 4 figures for Blackburn tomorrow.
Edit: colour me surprised, sold "around 1200"
