Only 915 sold for Walsall tomorrow. First shite following I'd deem we've had this season. 3rd away game in a row on Sky, 12.00 kick off and drawn blanks in 4 out the last 6 games but I'm making excuses here, it's pretty poor to say we're in 2nd. I'll be there jinxing us again nevertheless.
I'd probably have you down as our toughest fixture left on current form - done really well this season considering the shambles off the pitch.
We've drawn a blank in 4 out the last 6 games and I worry our lack of goals will see Sunderland pip us in the end as they just don't know how to lose games.
Took the words right out of my mouth. Really missing Moore, McGeehan and Brown going forward and Dougall shoring things up yet we're still unbeaten in 18 - just need to find that bit of quality up top and we'll get over the line.
There's pressure on us tonight but I doubt many Barnsley fans will have their eyes on Luton - it's Sunderland who I'm concerned with for obvious reasons. Luton have all but won the title as far as I'm concerned, no team has come close to beating them since we did way back in October.
I'm pretty satisfied with the 0-0 last night, keeps Sunderland just about at arms length, extends our unbeaten run to 17 games (and very nearly 12 months at home) and we stopped them scoring for the first time in 43 games.
Big game Friday now live on Sky vs Donny Rovers, can't wait.
Cam McGeehan suspended for Stanley and Sunderland at home and Donny away. We appealed the charge but despite no complaints from any member of the opposition staff on the day and the player moving his leg to where Cam was landing, he's been found guilty of violent conduct and banned. Willing to...
Granted this was just before they rejigged it to include u23 teams, but I think every single Barnsley fan would say they loved their day out at the 2016 JPT final. Brilliant atmosphere but not intimidating in the least, Oxford fans were brilliant and to top it off you go into it knowing there's...
And this is why I genuinely wouldn't be that gutted if we didn't go up. Absolute piss take with shithouses like Leeds (hopefully they go up) and QPR charging £38+ on the day. And yes I know we're just as bad when it comes to fleecing you lot, Wednesday and Leeds.
As an East Midlander I'd be delighted with yourselves, Lincoln and MK Dons - all fairly easy trips and we've not played you or Lincoln for donkies years. That's if we don't go up of course...
