A team coming up from the National League with concerns about their defence prioritising aging strikers that League One teams had hoped to retain instead? It can't go wrong!
On skybet (if that's what you mean) they only have Chesterfield and the relegated clubs for some reason.

Don't think we'd have hit 47k last year with Chesterfield but the train strikes really did make it a lot less appealing to go for casual fans, the coach prices got ridiculous too.
I wonder if he's on such a wage that it's unrealistic to unload him with 2 years still to go? We won't have had many options when we brought him in so he could have got himself a (relatively) good deal. Not ideal obviously if that is the case. Could also be that they're waiting to see what...
Fair, I just want some balance, I don't think we can go in with both him and Jones in most games unless we're playing a more defensive/strong central midfield. If Jodi gets a move then I would go with Nemane to start with Chicksen or another more traditional wing back.
Notts' retained list is out: https://www.nottscountyfc.co.uk/news/2024/april/2023-24-retained-list-290424/
Letting Baldwin go is one that signals some intent from the club I reckon. Still a fair amount of dead wood there, I suspect we'll be lucky if the three transfer listed lads are in demand...
A slight increase at Notts, renewals at £325 behind the goals or £405 down the side, £350 and £430 for early bird new purchasers.

No direct attempt to appeal to supporters priced out across the river but I think...
It does matter how much Chicksen is on, no doubt. If he's being paid like a starter then we could almost certainly get better for the money. If we'd have to cover some of his wages to get rid and then spend more on a replacement I don't think it should be a priority, is essentially what I'm saying.
I will not defend his Instagram nonsense, but Chicksen is absolutely fine as a backup imo. He's not got enough creation going forward but if we're playing a winger on the other side of the pitch that's not the end of the world, I'd love to have 2 great options at all positions but is it realistic?
Need to score 7 more goals than Stockport and make sure Forest Green stay within 6 to win the real quiz. Unlikely, but I'm sure everyone agrees we deserve this particular record.
Agree with this broadly, I would be open to keeping Baldwin on a reduced role - it seems like it'll be hard to find someone to be play 10 games a season who will fit the system well, but he'd have to be up for that and given his issue seems to be concentration I don't think only playing...
Well, the difference is with only two promotion places it's more likely to fail, and with that you might see teams feeling as though they have to spend more to "guarantee" it, putting them in a bigger hole if they fail.
No arguments on your other points though, the Championship is complete...
