I can't believe you're still arguing this. :fl:
Ask every club in England which ground they'd rather be going to watch a football match on a Saturday afternoon. New York Stadium or Hillsborough.... I think you know the answer. Don't get me wrong your ground is an impressive arena for a club and...
I can't believe that question is even being argued by even a Rotherham fan, the New York Stadium has no history, character or difference to the other 25 soulless bowls in the Football League.
It's all well and good bringing big names in to increase the profile of the club, but surely getting promotion would raise the profile even more. I think Stevenage's best chance of that would have been sticking with Graham Westley.
Tried it today, went onto videoweed and it's saying the video no longer exists after watching the first advert. If you could recommend another please I'd appreciate it mate!
Disappointing result for Hibernian, big task to turn it around. Feel for them, one big club is still going to be at that level next season and that could still be two. Think Rangers will see the job through right back to the SPL now.
Congratulations to Sunderland on survival, fantastic defensive performance, throwing bodies on the line and the goalkeeper was fantastic. Arsenal weren't at their best and you can't help but feel a couple of top level strikers would push them onto the next level, still looks like they've missed...
Is this live on TV? Going to watch the Rangers V Hibs game but will record this if so. Arsenal will win, guarantees them a top 3 finish and no messing about for Champions League qualification. Can see Sunderland making it hard for them though, a point makes them safe but it'll be squeaky bum...
Think Arsenal will win it, will be another season of progress for them if they win this and secure a top 3 finish. Villa on their day can give anyone a game as proved, but it depends how they turn up. If Arsenal play to their best they'll beat Villa no matter what.
Still not a bad wage to play the game you love. I didn't think League Two wages would be much higher than Conference wages, some may even pay less as players regularly drop into the Conference for the extra money.
It's a gamble, Westley knows how to make you competitive in this league on a shoestring budget, and knows the non league market well. As well as that he seems to have players that fit his certain way of playing, I can't imagine Sheringham wanting to play that same way, it's either going to work...
Mystery Investor.... almost as bad as hearing your manager is chasing a 'mystery striker'. Can't see anything coming from this and Carlisle will most likely be in the same predicament next May.
