Maybe. But it's not over until it's over.
Ask the Cardiff fans...... back in 2008 they were 8 points clear of us with 4 games to play, we had 3 games to play. They also had a +18 GD better of than us.
We pipped them to 6th spot on the final day of the season by scoring 1 more goal than them...
Never mind Derby winning, I'll settle for 6th I suppose.
Hull beat Sheff Wednesday and we beat Cardiff we go 3 points outside the play off zone.
Will someone just beat us so we can stop dreaming of this ridiculous idea of us actually ending up in the play offs. Cheers
Guessing the lad your on about was the small black lad? He had a good game and looked very dangerous early on but needs to work on his distribution. Great find from Sunday league!!!
We were awful last night but got the points. Beat Cardiff and the dream is still on
Heard some good stats regarding PNE of late.
Last 22 games we have gained 38 points. Double that to 76 points in 44 games and basically guaranteed a play off spot.
The football league show said we have played 9 games against the current top 6 and had 6 clean sheets. Impressive.
Highly...
I hope we do shift them 7,000 at Ewood.
Seeing West ham fill that stand yesterday, it looked class.
Never been to Ewood Park so ticking two off my list in going to Bolton and Blackburn
Go with same team and just let Woods and Cunningham to get forward more.
Potential banana skin but the way we played Saturday and supposedly at Wolves I see our first comfortable/convincing home win tomorrow.
3-0 to the Whites
Was a cracking game.
We thoroughly deserved the 3 points though.
Atmosphere was great from both sets of fans at different periods of the game.
Everyone played well but special mentions for Woods and Cunningham, both great defensively and going forward. And thought Browne had a great second...
One of best games in years. That was fucking class!!!
Atmosphere was fantastic. We were fantastic. Grayson I fucking love you.
Need to get Reach signed up, what a talent that lad is
I'd go for the same team as SF.
Sounds negative but playing Reach behind Garner is so much more dangerous than playing either Hugil or Doyle. And in Browne, Gally and DJ there is plenty of goals from midfield.
A fixture I looked out for at the beginning of the season as Wednesday always bring...
Agree it's very very very unlikely but nice to look up rather than down eh?
If we get 6 points off Wednesday and Charlton then I might actually start to believe we can. For what it's worth I do think Wednesday will do us next Saturday.
9 points away from the play offs chasing a team who admitted they don't want promotion this year...... Beckford back soon, can we do it?
Probably not but one can only dream
