    9th Feb Match Thread

We’re away at Posh but with their pitch and the frozen weather I can’t imagine this will go ahead. Certainly wouldn’t if it was a in Ipswich. We played fairly well on Saturday but we don’t beat decent teams. 1-1 at best.

We hadn’t been leading at half time for a club record 20 games!! Wouldn’t have taken a draw to get rid of Lambert

That was a usual game for us. You looked a cut above the dross we usually beat so I think you’ll be fine this season. The new additions for you worked instantly. Absolutely, injuries or not any competent manager would have us in the top 3 or at the very least a basic pattern of play.

We’re making Swindon look like Barcelona whilst we once again look like we’ve just met each other for the first time. Worldie of a strike though

Swindon at home for us. First game since the 15th December. Break came at a good time for us. A few winnable games before 8 midweek games in a row. 2-0 home win

How an earth are we 2 points off the top? I’m sure this league is much weaker this season.

    Paul Lambert

This went up at our training ground earlier. Begs the question what else fans can do to vent their displeasure. Heard fans emailing the club too. The bloke is a fraud. In his post match interview he said we have to stick to 433 (despite having no fit central midfielders) as he are hopeless with...

The players are there (albeit we have 7 first team players injured) but they aren’t coached at all. We keep the ball for no reason. No plan, nothing. If there were any crowd there he’d have got slaughtered. He’ll always be an canary. Has been on borrowed time for a year

Another defeat on Saturday and that should see the back of Lambert. Thank god

Was a very weird interview. Still can’t believe he’s the face of our club. A dyer and Butcher combination would be my choice. Longer we keep Lambert the longer the negativity stays

Home to Shrewsbury. A game we need to be winning. Followed by 2 massive games at home this week. 2-0 home win.

    3rd November Match Thread

2-1 loss at Sunderland. 2 really poor sides. 2 decisions cost us by the ref but I can see why they were given. A narrow defeat was expected with such low expectations. Lambert out.

Away to Sunderland. We don’t get many points off top 8 sides. 1-0 defeat

You lot were brilliant. Best side I’ve seen use face actually. Pretty obvious why there’s no faith in Lambert from most of town fans. A competent manager would have no problem with the squad we have. Mind you 5 home wins out of 5 with none against

I have no faith in Lambert at all. He genuinely has no clue. Our worst 2 finishes in 60 years and he has a 5 year extension given to him. Baffling

    League one squads 20-21

I think off the top of my head most of those are out of contract next summer so they will be a huge clear out and we'll be fine. A fair few we'll be looking to get rid of too. Plenty of good enough players to get up next year if we had a competent manager.
