Season rating? 7.5/10 - Started brilliantly but credit to everyone for turning around a horrible blip. Definitely would have taken this position at Christmas before the start of the season. Highlight so far? Beating Boro to stop the rot was huge but the 3-0 at Bristol City a highlight too...

Not great today and missed Saiz badly so hope he's not out for long but a good run of form. Need to be picking up another good haul from Burton, Birmingham and Forest now and then we can really start looking up again.

Signed a Japanese chap called Iduguchi but will be going out on loan for quite a spell before he qualifies for a work permit. One for quite a lot further down the line but at least we're preparing for the future.
