From memory we tend to draw against spurs at home in the last few years. I'll go for a 1-1 draw. Rumour that Vlasic will start after impressing in training and Niasse will be in the squad
Just started the Defenders, one episode in and things are just being set up. I probably should have rewatched everything before diving into it but I'm hoping for good things
I doubt we would have signed one individual to replace Lukaku's goals, think the idea is to spread the goals out around the new attackers and midfielders we've signed. If we can get 15 between Rooney & Sandro, and 10 between Gylfi, Klaassen and Vlasic we've done that, any more and it's a job...
The totally football show is the main one I listen to, sometimes give football weekly a go if I get the time. Tried the first football ramble of the season but had to turn it off after 2 mins, just a gang of banter fuelled bellends
Sigurdsson contributed towards 22 league goals last season in a team battling relegation, while Coutinho & Oxlade-chamberlain played for two of the top 5. Had it been Everton signing oxlade chamberlain and Liverpool signing Gylfi, it would be a different story.
Gylfi struggled at Spurs but...
Yep when he comes back he will be a really useful option. Most of our fans weren't too impressed by him last season, despite him creating a chance in near enough every game he played, but I like him. We hope to have him back around December I think and Coleman November time
Ox- 9 goals in 6 seasons, £40m pittance
Sig- 42 goals in 6 seasons, £45m ott
Coutinho - 39 goals in 6 seasons (including 1 season in Spain) c*** for wanting to leave when better team offers over £100m for him. Outstanding logic
It's been very good for us. We really needed a new goalkeeper, Pickford has been excellent so far. Keane also looks like a really good signing, Klaassen and Sigurdsson will be really good once they get a few games under their belts. Rooney so far has been much better than I expected, how long...
The finale of Twin Peaks is on tonight, episode 16 was the perfect episode to do leading into it. I've loved this season, really cemented the show as one of my favourites
PS what happened to Captain Scumbag? No longer a poster?
Wenger just signs players who don't seem to care about defending too much. And the ones that do aren't very good at it, or Wenger gets them playing in such a way that it invites pressure onto his defence.
Arsenal have really struggled with pace and intense pressing for years, and seemingly do...
When we sign Gylfi, Swansea will go after Bony, Joe Allen and Chadli. If they can get Bony back to anywhere near what he was like 1st time they had him he could be excellent
