Tribunals are only for players that are out of contract are they not? I assume players and managers that are in contract the owner of that contract says what amount they want. That's certainly the way I believe it is anyway.
I have no idea on the numbers involved. But there's a few factors to consider.
1. He's probably one of if not the best manager in the league. Considering where he's had us punching since his arrival and this season stepping up further.
2. Your a promotion competitor. Works the same as a player...
Let's be realistic however well you do at a club a bad run and the sack is just around the corner.
Seldom does a manager get to leave a club on his own terms anymore.
