I think it was between 500-750k rising to £1mill depending on performances, so I wouldn't have thought it got near the 1mill mark.
His head was turned too soon after a decent 3/4 of a season.
No pressure on Ronnie Moore, nothing to lose.. are you kidding me?
Fair enough the form of other teams helped us but they didn't lose points, we were 10 adrift at one point (11 including GD).
Ainsworth for me though.
It's truly amazing some of the results we ground out given we have about 3 decent footballers in our squad. Nothing short of miraculous. Getting results on sheer willpower alone.
Not the quickest or most agile like you say, but for a loan player to show the graft, desire and fight for HUFC like he did is phenomenal.
Strong, powerful and a good first touch - would love to have him back.
Yesssssssssssss. I am so emotionally drained after that. Lucky escape from what would probably have been a couple of years at least out of the football league. Commiserations to Tranmere & Cheltenham. It feels like we were all in it together so sad to see you guys go!!
Sir Ronnie Moore take a bow!!
The last 6/7 games we haven't half had a lot of additional time.
The York game (4 mins) and Accy (5 mins) not so bad but we have had Cambridge (9 mins), Newport (6 mins), Mansfield (6 mins), Oxford (10 mins), Morecambe (7 mins) all in the last few games. I think someone doesn't like us.
Not...
I'm sure that's an exaggeration. I didn't see anything.. saying that I was at the opposite end to the action for the majority of the second half. No one else seems to be making a deal of it either.
I think that should see York safe now!
