I agree about the feigned injuries and team talks. Our keeper has played every game this season but has needed treatment on his calf in about twenty of the games. It's cheating and the refs just let it happen. I'd like to see us go like rugby league and let the trainers attend the injured while...

Having watched Morecambe under Adams's instruction kick Jodi Jones off the park and pretty much anything else that showed a bit of flair a fortnight ago, Adams and classy aren't exactly bedfellows.

It's a long physical grind of a season compared to National league, even moderate teams are very resilient and hard to beat. We had pretty similar form to you last season and we just needs the season to end. We had one starter from the Wembley game today, almost total turnover of players.

Bass made a fantastic save first half, clawed it out from behind him, your keeper should have saved the first. Very fine margins and we were very lucky to get the win. Our league position says we're right in it but our performances at the moment are pretty ropey and at some point we need to...

I think today's the day for Carlisle. Gillingham on a dreadful run of form is the chance to get a win which would be 4 from 6 and something of a new manager bounce. Lose and I can't see morale lifting for the rest of the season to make a fight of it.

They are as are the annual signing on fees. It's not just this league, it's all the way down to ambitious clubs two or three divisions below us. Football economics has been mental for as long as I've watched football.

They've sustained losses every year despite selling players and effectively, managers. We've spent a bomb on relaying the pitch, bought a warehouse for the fan zone and paid if rumours are to be believed, six figure fees for Jatta and Bass and now Traore. Despite all that spending we're still...

Grant is a talented footballer but he just doesn't seem to be interested in getting down and dirty. He's now 23 with 68 league appearances so I think he should be offering a little more, although he did score. Edwards looks like a man playing a division too high, just not at the pace of the...

Yardley had the same mentality about resting and rotating. How come Matt Palmer after a serious injury can run his legs off week after week but the young lads and Loanees can't manage half an hour? Edwards and Grant as a pairing are too lightweight, just not helping Jatta enough. Edwards has...

Grim old watch, attritional stuff. Colchester were exactly as you'd expect from the Crowleys and deserved their point. We've got to do better than that, keeper didn't have to make a save all night. Hopefully Whittaker starts on Saturday because without McGoldrick we don't look like opening teams...

Didn't realise it was that many. Good turnout considering it was on TV. We've somehow gained a lot of younger fans the last few years and are travelling in far greater numbers than before our stint in non league.

I agree, you should be able to launch a playoff bid. If you can stay in the top half of the table it can be a fun experience. Watching your team win each week at whatever standard creates positivity around the club, losing does the opposite. In the absence of a NL experienced manger I think...

Our new striker looks fit to play minutes and hopefully Whittaker will be over his stiffness and able to play some part on Tuesday. Still a third of the season to go but it feels like the run in is starting.

I'm not so sure. York didn't go up last year with the best budget. I watched us out spend Sutton, Harrogate and quite a few others but not quite get there for four years. I'm not sure Carlisle are in any kind of shape to launch a promotion bid at the moment.

Still wide open but I'd go Walsall, Wimbledon for two and Bradford or Vale for the third spot. Notts have a plenty good enough first eleven and bench when all fit to beat anyone but till not entirely convinced that Maynard will quite get us over the line.

Construction costs are now exorbitant. If you rebuild one stand at a time over ten years you must be looking at around £20 million with inflation to 2035 if not more, probably quite a bit more. Public finances are a shambles so getting grants isn't easy and low interest loans from the council...

I meant last night as I've no idea beyond results how you're doing. As I said earlier, you've taken all the points from us and I've no complaints but I thought despite having a weakened team if we'd been a little braver from 70 minutes with substitutions and played a second attacking player we...
