2 points dropped for us today, thanks to Chamberlain falling asleep twice within 10 seconds before half time.
Second half we upped the tempo, got an equaliser and were the more likely to win the game. Also had a good penalty shout turned down in injury time (it was more of a penalty than both...
Was never really fit to see what he could do but we can't afford to keep someone like that. Also with Whittingham, Sylla and Harris i'm not sure he even gets in our first choice team at the moment.
We need to use whatever money we have on getting in a keeper and a striker
I'm quite worried since it looks like Mitch Walker is going to be back in goal for us. Andrews going is a blow, but I imagine Panayioutou comes in for him
9 points clear of the bottom 3 (albeit we've played 2/3 more games) with home games against Maidenhead, Southend and Dover in the next couple of months, plus an away trip to Weymouth. If we can win 3 of those 4 i'll be more confident about our chances.
Losing Laurie Walker back to MK Dons is a...
Penalties are from around 6:25 and 8:05 - both absolutely shocking decisions in my view (our one looks like the referee evening up his earlier error).
Also I didnt realise it at the time but we dominated the 2nd half and Ross pulled off some decent saves to keep Woking in it.
To be fair, I cheered the equaliser but didn't go crazy because it looked like only being for a point.
I did go crazy at the 95th minute winner because it was totally unexpected but who wouldn't?
Also, the issue I had Ross was the over celebrating a draw against 10 men AFTER the game - have no...
I think Woking based the away attendance on ticket sales since they didnt bother opening any turnstiles. Glad I got there early as it looked like completely unorganised chaos.
Thanks for the usual 3 points
Football is a very simple game, 22 players chase a ball for 90 minutes and then Aldershot score a 90+ minute winner
This one tops the lot though because Woking looked comfortable for a 2-1 win after 85 minutes and somehow collapsed
Both penalties that put Woking ahead and us level were...
Away leg of the Woking double header
Feel nervous that our 8 game unbeaten streak in the league against them is going to come to an end today. Will see how many of the 6 that were rested against Dagenham come straight back in
I think it was the day we beat you to stay up after the -10 that we had 1,500.
Yeah and obviously with the terrace going all the way down the pitch fans are going to go more towards the end we're attacking in each half, so you'll never get an even spread
I know we've had 1,500 there before but after the barrier incidents it got dropped to 900 a couple of years ago - 1,200 and it selling out just before the game would make sense
Very flat from us today, no tempo and no cohesion, which is what happens when you make 7 changes and play an 8th out of position.
Felt very much a focus on Woking team today, which is fine if we win on Sunday but anything less than 3 points and the plan has backfired
