We needed a slightly more experienced centre back so Neil Byrne fits the bill. Although only 29 he’ll be one of the oldest in our squad! Looks like a good signing based off the thoughts of Hartlepool fans so happy with that!

Can’t imagine the fee will be a lot either as we’re not known for spending argue amounts of money on fees for players. Sounds promising though!
