From the little I've seen, Hannant has a wand of left foot. He's put some lovely deliveries in so far, at a consistency I'm not used to. And we all love a grafter don't we?!
We could really do with Amoo, though. Only player I was a little gutted to see leave, he doens't appear to stick...
All fair questions. Quite simply he's had a couple of serious injuries in the last two years and I can only assume people who could pay his higher wage demands did not want to risk it.
He pretty clearly states in his interview he's here to get his career back on track, and there's no place...
I just want to put on record how my blood boils every time I read an Orient fan talking about my boy Joshy Coulson. Should never have been let go, absolute travesty. I’ve grown up watching Mr Cambridge and no matter what some Us fans may say I don’t think we’ve improved on him. A great chap...
I didn’t renew my ST and have stayed away this season, mainly in protest of the club’s vote on B teams and the lack of communication with the fans reps on this matter. But the ambition has been questionable for some time, pretty sure the toilets and hiring new suits have been prioritised over...
Fickle?! Jeez, I've read your forum, don't give me fickle.
It's fair to say Derry has divided our fanbase. Our good form coincided with a run against lesser sides in the league, papering over the cracks but I was never convinced. Carlisle was a good example of how he sets up his team, but...
What Dredd said!
Started the season as first choice RB, was bombed out (not as quickly as I'd have liked) of the starting XI alongside Dallison. Offered nothing in attack, couldn't pass and was out of position a lot of the time. Not quite sure how he's made it this far to be honest with you.
By far the best performance of our season so far, and how any Luton can think they deserved a win is beyond me. I reckon we won every individual battle on the pitch for the most part.
Completely agree, Flaxman. Compared to last year, we've not gone completely gung-ho on older, experienced players, with many proving they were passed their best. It's only natural that we expect at least the play-offs after our form towards the end of last season.
Much more of a balanced...
I would put money on Corr (again), but only if I was guaranteed he'd be fit for at least 3/4 of season. Pigott has stood out in pre-season so far, still not sure if he'll be first XI for us though. I reckon Williamson will get shifted out wide quite often so not worth a punt there.
As much...
I hear Keith Keane is going to make a comeback. He and his missus were also taking a look around my Uncle's house in Luton recently.*
*only one of these is true, I'll let you decide which ;-)
