Whilst he hadnt always been the most prolific of strikers, you can guarantee 120% every game, no defence will have an easy ride, away fans will hate him and usually home fans love him. Was very sad to see him leave Chorley FC when he did, hope he does really well for Hartlepool.

Sadly, our squad is paper thin, lots of talk about Cardwell going, we just dont have cover! The first 13 are fine, after that we are severely weakened. Just dont see us continuing this excellent run.

Our home game with Fylde tomorrow off due to Covid in Fylde squad. Hopefully gives us time to get a couple of players in to boost our depleted squad.

Haha here is me saying goalless draw and we end up winning a seesaw game 4-3, never would have predicted that! That's 6 from 6 so far, we welcome Fylde back to VP next on Sunday.

Haughton is the best player I think I have seen at this level, as you say if he can be shackled Fylde are severely restricted and how they expect to get goals with that Donkey Sampson up front the Lord only knows.

Cant quite believe that we have gone to Fylde (again!) and taken all 3 points, certainly didnt expect that result. If we can beat Curzon and then Fylde again at home we will have had a great Xmas!

Ended up with a point away at Boston after going a goal down then leading 2-1 going into injury time. The bad news for us is an apparently bad injury to Connor Hall.

Collymore was sat in the main stand at Victory Park, Chorley watching the game v Kettering last night.

Good start to the week, 3 points and decent performance if not totally convincing. Really should have been a bigger margin but several chances spurned. Still only one of the top four to pick up maximum points, need to keep it up Tuesday v Kettering.

Interesting that this weekend sees 1st v2nd and 3rd v 4th playing each other. Not at all confident at Chorley as never sure what team turns up, if we are at full strength and "at it" we are half decent, anything less and its mid table at best. We then have Kettering on Tuesday followed by trip...

I think Bell is a decent signing for Curzon, just wish Chorley had gone for him, has to be an improvement on the likes of Jacob Blyth who is useless, once again a lack of ambition at Chorley. Do we want to be promoted, it does make you wonder!

Totally agree, that was 2 points lost not a point gained unfortunately our Manager wont change to a more attacking formation most of the time, it was crying out fir us to go for it when you went down to 10, but no, we hang on for a point.

Unsurprisingly, to me at any rate, we lost our 10 game unbeaten run away at Hereford. We are definitely in a false position but sadly too many at Chorley just cant see it, they overlook the fact most of our goals came in 2 games (Gloucester and Chester) and we are boring folk to death with...

Another very ugly 3 points for Chorley, very poor for first 35 minutes then seemed to liven up a bit, second half was fairly end to end but of poor quality, we finally managed to get the 3 points from a goal by substitute Millenic Alli. We are at least 3 players short of a top team, Farsley...

Wow, that's a hell of a run of games, I reckon you will do well to get more than 7 points from that sequence. It will show where you are at.
