Another dire performance from Chorley against a poor Southoort side who deservedly won what was a truly dreadful game. I see us sliding closer and closer to the drop zone unless changes are made, deslly in the clubs ownership, but all through it's getting rotten to the core.

Chorley won the points in a dull game against a poor Lesmington side. The Referee was dreadful, particularly second half refusing at least 2 stonewall penalty appeals. We really need to start putting away chances though as a better side would have punished our wastefulness.

Chorley failed against Blyth again, we are always useless against them at VP, but basically dreadful team selection meant a change back to 4-4-2 in order to accommodate the useless Jack Sampson, we were flying in a 4-3-3 style while he as out injured.

It is, but the reason is simple you brought more fans with you than other team that have visited this season. Thought you thoroughly deserved the point in a decent game, you were comfortably the better side first half then we were the better side second half.

Looking forward to tonight's game v Chester. We seem to have found some form and have played well recently but it will be a tough game as Chester seem to be performing solidly as well, expecting a decent crowd for this game.

I thought you defended quite well first half but didnt offer a threat going forward, I suppose it was inevitable that we would score at some point, so 2 quick goals killed you off completely, could have been more than 3 at the end. We do seem to have found some rhythm, is it a couple evidence...

Blyth at home for us, made totally sure last night with a merciless demolition of Liversedge, our bigger pitch and much better playing surface made a difference but a couple of changes to the team and much better performance. We now go into 2 home league games before the home Cup game.

Very surprised(pleasantly) to come away from Boston with a 4-1 win and a penalty miss in the bargain. Didnt see that coming still need a striker urgently to replace Sampson. On to a home game v BPA next.

Hoping for first win of the season tonight v Blyth Spartans, we are never going to score many but sm hopeful we can beat Blyth.

As always, Darlo fans were excellent, supported their team and were a credit yo their club. Agree a point each was fair, good luck for the rest of the season.

Decent game at Chorley v Darlington. I think overall a point each was probably about right, both sides had periods of dominance but again our lack if goal threat was evident.

It was said at a recent meeting I attended that there were no plans to segregate any game this season, no doubt that may change depending on police advice. Cant see us stopping you taking the points.

As expected we failed to score, on the plus side Sampson was sent off so will face a suspension, not sure how we fet a replacement without the funds cos nobody else will take Sampson. Oh well see how we ho against Darlo next week.

Still no incomings at Chorley, beginning g to get a bit concerned now as I feel we are much weaker than last season and unless Preece gets his finger out and gets 4 or 5 quality players in I can see us struggling.
