That really is awful and I can sympathise with Vale after watching the highlights, especially after we were shithoused by Cambridge and their ref last week. The refs are ruining it for us lower league clubs every week. Time to sort it out and employ people who are actually capable.

Once HS2 comes around (if it ever does) I can see the town and club seeing rejuvenation and investment. Then, we might do something special again.
