In rather bizarre news, Dorking have announced they are starting pre season training in 6 weeks time. Over 3 months of pre season is total overkill and I'm sure the players are overjoyed at the prospect of not being allowed a summer break.

The National South is running with 21 teams, so relegating/demoting Dover would even things up number wise.

You can't start a league with potentially 19-20 teams, when originally it was planned to be 24 by now. It would just lead to yet another season of no one getting relegated.

The National North & South were meant to be expanding to 24 teams before covid hit. So now might be the time to actually go through with it.....the problem will be deciding which teams to promote from step 3.

If 2 Southern teams win promotion the National South will be left with just 19 teams, maybe 20 depending what they do with Dover.

No chance of Tonbridge, Hampton or Billericay taking part in this, all 3 voted null & void and have been vocal that they can't continue without grants. Also find it funny how Eastbourne are pushing for this, when before the season started they was considering dropping out the league because...
