'We took the town end'
'You never showed in Oxford'
'We stood in the middle and up went Oxford Oxford'
I honestly thought I was reading a post from a 14 year old until you mentioned you were about in the 70's which makes its even more laughable.
What a prat. Grow up.

Congratulations Preston. You were a class above us today. Our young players froze on the big stage. We deservedly got nothing out of the game.
Still had a great laugh on the minibus with the boys though; just can't help thinking how good the trip home would've been had we won.
Shame that...
Oh shit I forgot about this video. It's just over a minute long and it's priceless! Makes me laugh every time. Shame it cut off when it did as u can imagine what song we immediately sang back to them! No prizes for guessing
This thread is inspired by a memory I have of my late Grandad, who shouted 'get a face Beardsley' right at him when we were playing Newcastle in the prem, back in 94. He must have been nearly 80 at the time. Priceless; and still one of the funniest things I've heard at a game. Maybe you had to...
Yeah that's one positive - those that are there will be the more passionate support, as most day trippers will be in their armchairs.
So what's everyone's prediction then? I've promised myself to just try to enjoy the occasion this time and to not let nerves ruin it, but I think that's going to...
Regardless of the fact we've been to Wembley twice in recent years, I'm sure that if any trains were running at all AND the cheap tickets were on sale then we'd have taken a similar amount that we took to Millwall, which was 32k.
The above has to be taken into consideration before calling our...
With this whole ticketing fiasco and the fact there's no trains running at all, we were never going to sell a massive amount.
Shame really as we took 32k to the Milwall final in 2010
Fuck me we were so bad for the first 25 minutes it was infuriating. Starting to come back in it now but there's a lack of quality.
Williams should've started. Or Obika
Either Cook, Cooper or Cotterill depending on the results of the playoffs.
Without trying to be biased, Mark Cooper has taken a team with a low budget and full of kids to the brink of the championship, playing some attractive football along the way, at times the best in the league. IF we go up...
Not the best averages home or away from us this year. We normally take good away followings too. Such a northern league this year though, but still a little disappointing anyway, especially given the season we've had.
Looking forward to the games, strangely. Going (to try) to enjoy to them this time around rather than being a nervous wreck.
Both teams in relatively average form so this is anyone's i reckon.
You'll be expected to come at us first leg so that may suit us as we're dangerous on the counter...
