I doubt there's much between the sides, as it sounded on Saturday, but I obviously meant getting a big draw and then losing the replay would be typical, not to do with expecting to go through.
I'll take a replay despite our home form, and it'd be nice if there's a big 3rd round tie on the line.
Feared the worst after conceding early on but came back into it and sounded like there wasn't too much in it.
Thankfully it improved a bit in the second half, that first 45 minutes was terrible! It wasn't much better though and never deserved more than a point, despite Morecambe being looking pretty useless too.
Bringing Steven Rigg on, really?
Very tough game, but one I think we can afford to lose, as is expected. Luton fans will probably be used to away teams employing negative tactics and I'm sure that's exactly what we'll do, including time wasting from an early stage.
We've improved so much since Hill joined, though the football...
I know Grimsby aren't great and struggle to score, but very happy with the 3 points. We're up to 11th, 6 unbeaten and just look solid.
I'm actually confident we can get a point from Luton, some fans will be expecting goals again and if we keep it tight we'll frustrate them. 4 clean sheets in 5...
Good win against a poor Yeovil team, though they looked okay on the ball at times and the right sided centre half was very solid first half.
First goal was a superb strike, second goal was a tidy team goal, and the red card/penalty decision confused most people in the stadium, though does make...
Have to win this game, especially with Yeovil threadbare in attack. I can imagine Bailey either putting in a top performance or a complete shocker, let's hope it's the latter.
3-1
I thought we were in for a hiding in the first 15/20 minutes, looked completely inferior. A goal against the run of play and we grew into the game, even if 3-0 was flattering.
If we'd failed to win that with half an hour left, I'd have wanted Curle out right away. Shocking tactics when we were...
Hope we can progress today, the atmosphere will be as flat as ever, though possibly a few Oldham fans making the trip, so some goals wouldn't go amiss.
We face a rejuvenated Oldham who've been in good form since Wellens took over, though they did lose on Saturday.
I can see us being outclassed this weekend, much like last season when we faced Rochdale in the 2nd round. It would be nice to go on a little cup run as our league season isn't going...
This'll probably be another gritty 1-0 on the road, which I'll definitely take. We look much more resolute since Clint Hill arrived, especially in away games when there's less pressure on us to attack.
3/10 so far and I can't see that improving at any point this season.
1 home win all season, no quality upfront and whilst Clint Hill has shored up our defence, we're still conceding some easy goals. From the games I've seen so far, Swindon or Exeter were probably the best of the bunch, but...
We were very good in the first half and could've went in 2 or 3 goals up, but that second half performance was so similar to most home performances in 2017. Bennett his usual self when he came on and Rigg barely had a kick.
Notts County weren't great, quite similar to us in the first half of...
Should be a decent game, hopefully a few goals after I missed Tuesday's entertaining game. I can't see us improving our horrendous home form to be honest, normally I'd be reasonably confident going into home matches but not this season.
Looks like we'll have a choice of Hope, Cosgrove and Rigg...
All of the goals were poor defensive mistakes or where the keeper could've done better, bar the very soft penalty. How Lambe finds himself in so much space for both goals (especially the first) is astonishing.
