Hard fought draw yesterday. Thought Charlton may have been a little more attacking than they were, they played like a small team but I suppose as the away side, they'll be happier with a point.
Anyone else having problems with posting on the forum? Particularly on a mobile?
Bolton is a town of proud people with real identity and get behind their football club but ultimately just a small, provincial Northern Town. That town identity is a credit to them and what most of places like Stockport, Oldham don't have enough of (although Bolton are helped by being slightly...
Charlton, Huddersfield and Bolton should all be in the play-offs at an absolute minimum at this level. All three will have eyed automatics before a ball was kicked. Staying in League One will be a season of failure for them all.
Birmingham a bigger club for me with much more potential. Respect to Bolton for their attendances, nobody understands the locality to the clubs you mention like we do. But that's not Birmingham's fault.
This division goes
1. Birmingham
2. Bolton
3. Huddersfield
4. Charlton
5. Barnsley
We've done well but I'd have trepidation for us in the Championship to be honest. Would feel a bit of a lions den at this moment in time.
We do have a decent shout for the play-offs so therefore we can't deny we do have a chance.
I would suggest we'll fall short tbf, automatics are certainly...
I hope Bradford go on and win it to be honest, no disrespect to Walsall who I won't mind coming up with them. Bradford are a long suffering lot, would be a welcome addition to next season's fixture list in League One.
We were as bad as I've ever seen us for the first 75 minutes. Fair play to Northampton for that though, just got after us from minute one and never let us breathe.
Icelandic gun man buries a peach of a header moments after coming on and then we had some great chances to win it.
Would have been...
Wrexham fans gassing us up saying we're going to catch them.
They know exactly what they're doing. Straight from the playbook, a playbook I practically wrote.
Northampton are a fantastic side down at Sixfields. A point would be a ludicrously good result.
Williams is nailed on surely. I disagree that it's a bad job, MK are loaded and have good players already there, just needs a shake up.
I'm surprised it didn't work for Lindsey, he was great for Crawley but maybe works better with lower expectations.
Looking at the results from around the grounds, some interesting results and some really quite un interesting ones too.
Shout out to Burton Albion. An excellent point given the injuries they have.
The Icelandic Gun Man coming on and winning us the game. Only 19 years of age too. Could be another future star that has been scouted. It just proves that recruitment is not all about money but that some clubs like us can do it with high footballing IQ.
It was the manager who probably got the...
He's a good finisher Stretton, overall game not all there but the ACL he got 2 years ago set him back and he's never got going since. He had two loan spells in the National League this season with Woking and Oldham, I was disappointed he seemed to barely make an impact at either. Think he...
I'll probably release my predictions in the next couple of days for those asking.
Probably do a big build up for it, get as many interactions and eyes on it as possible. #stockyspeaks
Whens peak time on here? Usually an evening slot about 7pm isn't it?
