Good point JP.
What he did was instinct I believe and not premeditated and a notch or two down from someone blatantly flinging themselves in an orchestrated dive to gain a penalty.
As you say and I said previously over a season it evens itself out...and ultimately the table doesn't lie come...
Got to leave at half time for family reasons tomorrow so hope we are in driving seat after 45! I won't listen or watch any media until after whistle either....less stressful!
Villa under Smith is like when you play 20 handicap ok golf then go to the club pro for lessons....he reconstructs everything to do with your stance, swing etc and you actually get a little worse and it doesn't work...until you persist with what he's told you....and your golf improves...
We haven't played well with our key players out but managed to stay in touch. Quirky other scores have worked for us too. Everyone getting back even Douglas perhaps for Saturday on the bench. Impetus starts again...see a boost coming.
Not good that at all. Every club sings Jimmy Saville to Leeds always with a rehearsed rebuke...the usual lowest denomitor chant...but the 'comedic value' in the eyes of the individual and others, if that what it was for, was piss poor and very misplaced.
Hats off to Lancashie police for the noon KO yesterday. 65 Leeds coaches at Blackburn logistical nightmare with no trains. Like the old days with Box vans, transit vans, minibuses, tandems and tri-cycles. The panic of a missed KO brings out the best of dump and run tactics.
