I suppose that thought will make you happier than the one we fly up the leagues past you on the wings of oil money.
Neither will be true I expect but one thing I would like is a core of our own players that can perform at a higher division. It seemed to work for Ipswich.
Surprise to me but I suppose Pete has had enough and if he is selling the stadium I dont expect the Bowl will come with it. Maybe his goal for a while, back to his music roots.
I hate first days especially when we have been talked up as favouites or top 3. The team has to gel and pre season, which of course counts for nothing wasn't brilliant. Bradford are not usually pushovers either. This of course counts as Williamsons team and he has been given more resourses than...
It's league 2. If you haven't the budget to hire decent tehnical players it's not a bad philosiphy. All depends if you have that elusive 'team spirit'. That can overcome a lot.
Crewe fans, someone on our forum has said Marschall has rocked up at Gresty road. Can I suggest you promptly boot him back from where he came as he was the absolute worst goalkeeper we have ever had and probably cost us autos last season because Williamson insisted on playing him.
But Kemp never played well for us under what, 4 managers? He was great at Swindon and when he came back to us in the second half of last season I thought he was going to kick on under Williamson but it never materialised. I hope he does well if you get him, I really do and I can't see him...
I was so angry watching that. Williamson should have done better. Shut up shop. Do something different but don't capitulate aike a little girl whose lost her dolly.
I just hope the pitch doesn't disintegrate after that soaking. We only play one way and if we can't do that because the ball won't run properly we could be in trouble.
Bloody hell, our most important match of the season and I have to go to London to fetch my daughter rather than sit in a pub watching it. Oh well, I shall not, no I won't look at the score until 5 pm. Honest.
