Haven't seen it back but behind him in the Dolman he jumped in studs showing, looked just like Batth for Wolves. Wouldn't been a foul 20 years ago but nowadays you go in like that like I say you're just asking the ref to make a decision, especially a tit like that one today
Pretty comfortable anyway. Good tactical move going 3 at the back, were getting a bit overrun for 10 mins after the break but after that bar a couple of Matt Smith headers it never looked in doubt. QPR edging out Barnsley for the worst team to visit AG this season.
Much needed 3 points.
Well in Fammy. Still should win even with the sending off, these are fucking awful, but we had a comfortable victory there for the taking and now we've made life difficult for ourselves.
Stupid tackle. Knew it was a red as soon as he went in. Just like Wolves, got the ball but you're asking for...
Knew that was coming when I saw you quoted my post
Think you'll find none of them played that game..
Edit: Okay, De Bruyne came on for half an hour
He was otherworldly but for me Fernandinho was the main difference between the two legs, every time we won it back he was there we just couldn't mount an attack. And Silva could've played 10 games without giving the ball away.
Not sure there's a better midfield in world football at the minute
I'll put this here as well..
Great effort.
I mean it wasn't a close game, we were given a footballing lesson but there's absolutely no shame in that, Man City are just on another planet to anything I've ever seen, the speed of their play and the instant swarm to the ball in the every 10...

I mean it wasn't a close game, we were given a footballing lesson but there's absolutely no shame in that, Man City are just on another planet to anything I've ever seen, the speed of their play and the instant swarm to the ball in the every 10 minutes or so they actually lose it...
Need to get back to winning ways here. Doubt there's ever been a side higher in confidence following 4 straight defeats, though!
I'd also be tempted to start Walsh, liking the look of that team JJ.
3-1 City (Reid, Brownhill, Flint; Oliviera)
Good appointment on paper, but think in reality it's another panicky bit of short term thinking. Warburton was doing okay, nothing spectacular but comfortable mid table pushing the top half playing good football, steady progress. When you came to ours it was clear you didn't have the defenders...
It was the one occasion our bravery backfired, we were caught pressing high up the pitch and Bravo took out half our team with one pass. Tbh we were a bit lucky on a few other occasions that Man City's end product was woeful by their standards, but you need a bit of luck and generally I thought...
Gutting at the end, but would definitely have taken that at the start. After a bit of a wobble following the equaliser I thought for the final 20-25 minutes we were looking pretty comfortable (not that I really felt it at the time!) Ah well. Did us proud tonight lads.
That goes for you City169...
Shame, but definitely would've taken that at the start. Game still on heading back to Ashton Gate, that's what we wanted. Outstanding performance to a man
Absolutely gutted I couldn't make it, do us loud and proud lads. Gonna be special whatever happens. And if we can somehow keep it within a goal, who knows....
Can't stay still, been pacing around the house all day in anticipation. COYR!
