We didn’t play well but also never looked like conceding, so I am fuming at that decision. Literally ruins the game completely, what’s the point in having a ref if that’s going to happen.
Only positive is that should galvanise us a bit as this is another promotion contender we should have beaten
We are quite unpredictable but we’ve only lost twice and narrowly. Performances are a mixed bag but looking better on the road than at home recently. We went to Boro and did an absolute job on them, hoping for similar tomorrow
2-0 to the Reds
This league is utterly insane. Moreso than usual. I am going to avoid trying to predict anything or getting overexcited / underwhelmed by a win or defeat until we get to January. Literally no point reading anything in the table as it moves so quickly and so drastically.
Oh we’ve spent plenty don’t get me wrong and AK has been basically given whatever he’s asked for.
It’s more that we will support him further if needed in the transfer window and bring in that extra player or two to maintain momentum, if we are up there.
This league is chaos really, about 15...
We will give it a go, we are fifth now without really getting going yet. Convinced we have a couple more gears to go and if we are in with a shout come January, we will invest
Plenty of depth too, some real quality players waiting to come in and when we rotate players they are taking their...
Ipswich and Reading look bad, Hull also are in dire straits. Quite like how Rotherham have thrown a spanner in the works by actually looking relatively handy (at home at least)
You didn’t offer too much. Had a good chance that Mathias should have scored at 0-0 but otherwise didn’t offer much going forward
We were similar to the weekend and created a few good chances but didn’t take them which made it nervy. Carvalho’s goal was a beauty
Weird one, he’s either gonna be amazing or at very worst a decent championship striker. For £6m I’d rather we found out ourselves
Must mean someone is coming in and the Post says we want two of Oliveira, Gestede, Defoe and Abraham
I don’t think so somehow on the last 2
Saiss better than Watson for sure and our other options are Bridcutt and Colback who are both good at this level, but not as good as Saiss I'd have thought
