good partnership at the moment* a top partnership is sturridge and suarez, dwight york and andy cole. I don't know if you realize but it couldn't of gone much worse today, so to entirely write off and dismiss liverpool's chances against leicester really is amazing. Even klopp said in the post...
same start yet he's inheriting a rodgers team mid way through a challenging league he's had not much experience in yet, hardly a fair comparison christian. He's done well so far, I'm proud of him for having guts against watford today, he's one of the most passionate managers I've seen, it's not...
Henderson and Coutinho today, both can't whip a ball in like gerrard, set pieces is an issue both ends of the field. Had Moreno taking a few when we went to a back 3 earlier in the season under BR he wasn't that bad, but I think we'd benefit from taking short corners, and trying to get a shot...
It's about player quality to an extent, but it's the combativeness of the midfield in most teams being used that is triumphing prodiminantly, look at the top 4 or 5 teams in the BPL, they're the ones getting the results and being able to eek or splash out their goals through good players...
no don't dumb us down Morte, we knew what we were doing, just couldn't execute it after going behind. Agree with you about freshening it up in the market, at the back preferably
lol 6 or 7, that's disrespectful, even from Super_horns saying it could have been more. Yes Sakho slipped, and it technically could have been, but you're not even acknowledging some of liverpool's good attacking play which from my perspective (a liverpool fan's) should have resulted in watford...
hmm if you'd of read my comment before no one expects us to get top four this season (so I don't know how you can say outright it's not going well for klopp), it's just a big bonus if we achieve that after the turmoil of last season, and the negative football under rodgers at the start of this...
yeah watford fully deserve their 3 goals, but I don't think lfc deserve a keeper who drops the ball to concede a tap in early on. It was an all or nothing gameplan from klopp. Having said that, we showed some better patient play in the first half of the 2nd half and could of got back to level terms.
He still should be one of the star players at the Euros if slovakia are to qualify. we're chasing the game , we're 2-0 down, that's why we're playing as we are, if we were 1-0 up we'd be controlling the match as klopp intended. Can is a great future prospect please man, I'm one of the most...
I think we're all forgetting Liverpool weren't expected to get top four this season, so anything we get is a bonus. But it's important we make preparations and planning for next season.
Disregarding international players of Can, Firmino, Skrtel, Lucas on the basis of a match that couldn't of gone much worse would be such a knee-jerk reaction.
