lol a few weeks ago, no it was an accumulation of brendan rodgers and fsg mis management why we are in the situation we are in, such as Milner as vice captain, markovic and ballotelli almost combined 40m on loan.
Ayew and Gomis aren't getting on the end of anything like they were had the start of the season, seems like their spirit they had at the start of the season has been crushed, I fancy a draw if Swansea are lucky.
we should of beat West Brom, so there is no reason why we can't beat Watford.................................................................................if we play as well as we did last time out
It will be Klopp's turn next up for the Foxes to see if they can extend or perhaps maintain their 5 point advantage at the top. As a Liverpool supporter, our next 2 leagues game starting with Watford tomorrow could be crucial to whether we can keep within touch of the four title contenders, so...
but they control financial fair play, so they can restrict them, or is that fifa? Basically there is no hope of clubs in England becoming like those in other major european countries, so this thread is slightly pointless other than to get a small fan consensus on the matter
how would you bring the best out of Martial with the current team? watching the bournemouth match, I thought he was trying to get Martial on the ball more.
let me get this straight, the football association have no control over their own country's league, yet they are responsible for all the referring/handing out match bans and pretty much founded football by making it what it is today with rules etc :eyes:
he's doing well for city, but only when he is being played in the right positions. He is already walking into a great attacking team, who are already set up to break teams down, even Bony is getting into his stride now. and kop flop, ballotelli even had some of the best brought out of him with city.
yeah exactly, sterling was being played up front for 4 or 5 matches near the end, we all know his finishing is a weak part of his game. He may be a world class attacking mid at times, but he's not worth 50 million.
liverpool were even better than Man Utd last year, but sturridge never kept fit, otherwise it would have been a walk in the park to finish above them and get top four. infact we had a very make shift team last year.
'flukey wins against city', man city haven't conceded 4 at the etihad for 12 years and you're saying it is flukey....yet we could of had more....the difference between klopp and rodgers already is that Klopp has already managed to get 2 great away wins against big clubs in man city and chelsea...
If our "clubs" were clubs like theirs, is it certain we'd have way more English players developing like world cup 2014 winners germany, and one of the Euro favourites france?
what I'd like to know is, do the Chelsea owners think they can get top four, even by getting a new manager? My worry is, not many managers in the PL are capable of winning the league, mourinho could win major titles, even if some people think he's won most of them by managing already great teams...
