Perhaps if you're a loyal Arsenal fan then you might feel something negative towards him. However, I can't understand why any other England supporter would want to see him fail; it can only be good news for England if he's improving and on top form surely?
Interesting point about the Football...
Clayton Donaldson has just signed a two-year contract extension, keeping him at the club until 2018. Really pleased following all the speculation recently; I'm glad that we've been able to tie both him and Dimmi Gray down this week.
Hearing £1.2m/£2m bid for Donaldson from Ipswich. Don't quite know what to make of that if it's true; he's pivotal to the system we play and has all the attributes for a lone striker, however, £2m for a 31 year-old with one year left on his contract is very persuasive.
We've confirmed the signing of Tomasz Kuszczak on a two-year deal. I was hoping for Wes Foderingham tbh but will wait and see before I judge the signing. I think a lot of Blues fans are pleased purely because he's an ex-Manchester United keeper which is stupid. Rowett says we're extremely close...

Worse off than last season at the moment. Would hope for us to sign a new: GK, CB and CM for the starting 11 before the season begins plus one or two backup players. Would like to...
£2m for Donaldson would be ridiculous considering someone could sign him on a pre-contract expiry deal in January unless we offer him a new deal; I guess it's just our way of saying he isn't for sale.
Goalkeeper Adam Legzdins has returned to the club on a two-year deal. Disappointed with this personally as I can only see him being a number two and I'd have preferred us to use 20 year old Nick Townsend as number two.
I wish I was that optimistic :L. Personally I feel that the squad needs a lot of improvement to even challenge for the playoffs next year and with the financial situation the club finds itself in, I can't see us bringing in the quality we need to do so.
I think that's what everyone is hoping for that Rowett can help him to return to his form at Burton. So do you think he's better in the 'number 10' role than out on the left? Providing we don't sell Demarai Gray, that's possibly where he'll play because we're short on one after Fabbrini returned...
