He's not turned into a bad manager overnight. It wasn't long ago at all that everybody was singing his praises. People go on about how Suarez would make any side that much better and while that is true it was Rodgers who got the best out of Luis, and that goes for Sterling and Sturridge too...
Not convinced at all by Depay yet. Though obviously it's early doors so I'm by no means writing him off or anything. Rooney doesn't really bring anything to United's side at the moment and I say that as somewhat of a fan of his ability.
I still think he has potential as a coach but when when plan A doesn't work he's pretty clueless, along with having a very poor record in the market for Liverpool. The closest he's got to a plan B is whenever he catches one of his songs on the radio.
No worries pal. I've put a fair few watercooled builds together over the past year or two so feel free to ask away if you have any more questions at all or just need need an alternate opinion.
It's something we've been terrible at for a long, long time. It's not like we don't have any height in the side when you consider the size of the likes of Innis, Purkiss and Ikpeazu. All three of them are units.
Credit to West Ham, they look a very good side playing on the counter away from home. City seem to be rather pants whenever they lose one of their key men like Augero or in this instance Kompany. I still think Pellegrini is very, very fortunate to be in that job.
We've gone from the sublime to the ridiculous in the space of one week. Really poor again today and we got what we deserved, which was zilch. No offence intended to any Bury fans here but they look a bang average side and were there for the taking going by their own performance. They didn't play...
Gone Girl.
Finally gave in and watched it with my girlfriend. I hope the book was significantly better because I thought the movie was horrible. Can't say I'm much of a fan of Ben Affleck either which doesn't help.
2/10. (seeing as everyone seems to be giving a rating!)
Badly need to bounce back tomorrow after an awful performance at home last time out that was somewhat unexpected. I can take losing games against the better sides in the league, which Millwall most certainly are, but we didn't even play at 30% of what we're capable of and that's the most...
I can't understand why Wenger hasn't brought in another forward during the window. I know it's not easy to go out and fidn the right player that will improve the team but it's clear that Arsenal badly need a genuine world-class striker. Giroud is more than decent but he just doesn't do it...
A best league in the world doesn't necessarily mean it has to have the best team or teams. The Premiership at least has unpredictability about it in that any team can beat one of the top ones on any given day, quite unlike La Liga.
What I meant is that on paper he's the best signing for me in terms of quality and price. He's already had a more than decent start for Chelsea too despite they're shocking form. Once they get going I have no doubts he'll be an absolute star for them.
