Oh, and I thought Henderson played his role really well too. Just a shame he blasted over what was quite a simple chance - He really does seem to have little to no belief in front of goal.
Lallana has been brilliant lately and if he can add goals to his game finally he'll be some player. He's a lovely player to watch, albeit frustrating because of his inability to finish in the past. Mane really is a wonderful signing and in today's crazy market is actually somewhat a bargain...
As any side would when scoring a goal close to half-time. They got a boost, and in the 2nd half it was much more of an even game. But City looked more likely to score throughout the 2nd half for all of United's hoof ball, which certain people obviously struggle to deal with.
Do you prefer them with bobbles? As I said a bit ago, I kinda pity salty cretins like yourself, so I'll happily give you one with a lovely bobble and then you can give it a bit of a reach around when nobody is looking and make yourself feel a little better about life.
They're a good side, so a point there after the retched performance we gave in our last game is a very good effort. Glad to be back at Fortress Vale Park next week though in another difficult looking game against Gillingham.
So not only are you deluded it seems but also seriously not amusing in any way either. For your sake I hope your evening is much better than your afternoon.
So salty! I pity you.
Well done, City. Completely dominated the game and on any other day (and perhaps with Sergio in the side) would have won the game by 4 or 5.
You lumped balls into the box 2nd half, City dealt with most of them comfortably. If that's your idea of "piling on the pressure" then you're clearly on a different planet to most of us.
Piling on the pressure? Behave. You were better in the 2nd half but City looked comfortable for the majority, and with a better final ball could have scored a number of goals on the counter. I don't remember Bravo having many saves to make whatsoever, while Otamendi dealt with almost everything...
Really enjoyed that, one of the best games of football in the PL I've seen for a while. City were unbelievable first half, though Mourinho clearly got his starting 11 wrong. I'm a big fan of Mkhitaryan but he threw him in the deep end together and he was completely off the pace, and quite how...
Shit performance in shit weather in a shit place full of shit chavy people.
Credit to Bury who were at it from the off, wanted it more than us and adapted a hell of a lot better to the pitch and conditions than we did. Some of our foreign lads who have done well so far will surely have learned...
That's more entertaining than the shite on offer from us today.
On days like this our passing game needs to go out of the window somewhat, because it simply won't work.
