It's hard to tell at the moment, Us, Bristol City and MK keep interchanging in the top 2, whilst its possible for someone of the likes of Sheff United to go on a run and gatecrash the top 2. If I had to name my 3, I would go for Us, MK and Chesterfield via playoffs.
Going unscathed and strengthening our midfield depth with Swift is a great window by all accounts. Having Kasim and Luongo back now is like new signings.
This is getting very tedious now.
I will say this though:
1: Stephens did antagonise Elliot, Fact. But a vast majority of footballers for every team do this throughout every match. Elliot responded in an immature manner and raised his elbow and contacted with Stephens face. This is a red card...
Quite possibly the most deluded post I've ever seen on here and surprise surprise it comes from a City fan.
We are where we are based on our ability, the fact that you fail to see that is ridiculous. The bitterness at us beating you earlier this season is still persisting. Get a life.
All of...
Sheffield United were the filthiest team I've seen all season. Higdon seemed intent on getting sent off, he went in that hard on Thompson he split Thompsons socks in half and his boot went flying, yet according to the united fans Thompson was 'cheating'
Referee was awful for both teams, both...
Not sure even the greatest minds in humanity could work out just how that result happened. It was if Cheltenham's first 11 injected Kryptonite before the game and we had taken copious amounts of class A drugs. Bizarre day.
Mehdi Kerrouche is my standout, a lazy Algerian smoking 30 a day, but had a cracking touch and a knack for scoring. Obviously was going to fall out with Paolo.
Remember when we won League Two and our budget was 3 million! Which was absolutely ridiculous money. Admittedly, it paid off seeing as we returned to League One at the first attempt, but had we not been promoted, we could have entered financial disaster.
Funny to compare that to our current...
Always liked the look of Byron, he absolutely destroyed us when Cheltenham beat us 5-0 in the FA cup earlier in the season. Looks like he could be a handful when coming off the bench. Shrewd signing.
Storey is highly rated amongst Swindon fans. He came back at the end of last season and scored a few whilst looking impressive. Come summer, we had the opportunity to sign Obika and have a fit and healthy Andy Williams, so Storey was just gathering dust. Thoguht he'd have pushed on more at...
I'd go for
Bristol City
Swindon
-------------------------
MK Dons
Preston
Chesterfield
Rochdale
With Chesterfield going up.
Going by Saturdays performance, Chesterfield were very very good attacking wise. I know they have Doyle, but they seemed to lack that killer instict to have catch up...
