Enfailed would be ours, but we've not crossed paths for many a year now.
We've had some spats with Carlisle and Bristol Rovers due to our Conference clashes.
That's my favourite of the lot. Even appeared to have the theme tune to a 1980's spectrum game at some points.
"I'm pretty sure those top six will happen"... "I don't know about Barnet"..."I did this video once already and I put in a team that was promoted last year"..."If Barnet finish 5th...
Coulthirst gave us the run around when we played Mansfield last year.
Heard that he's talented but greedy. If he doesn't pass to big John, I'm sure being pinned up against the changing room wall by his throat will do wonders for bringing his team play along.
*Edit - After now signing Coulthirst, unless I'm missing someone, we currently have 32 pros on the books:
Stephens/Ross
Brindley/H Taylor
Johnson/Tutonda
Santos/Payne
Clough/Nelson
J Taylor/Watson
Weston/Sweeney
Campbell-Ryce/Vilhete
Bover/Shomotun
Coulthirst/Akinola
Akinde/Akpa-Akpro...
Definitely need a ball winning midfielder still. Would take a decent striker if one is going as well. Hopefully the number 11 shirt being left free is a sign that someone decent is going to come in. Won't be amused if its the new "Bee Army" number.
Disappointed not to see Coulson get a chance this year as I think there is a player in there. Never got a proper run in the team and the managerial genius that was Nugent didn't help.
Second good bit of business it seems. Following on from a solid number two keeper, an experienced right back, a position we desperately needed to fill.
Get a defensive mid and striker and we're good to go. God knows how we trim down the 10-15 excess players in the squad though.
Unless he got a late injury, as apparently we had a fully fit squad yesterday, that doesn't auger well for Mauro. Can't get a game when we use 33 players.
We've got Moen Ali at 7. We don't need batting depth. Rashid should have played, and maybe I'm biased, but Jack Leach should have been the finger spinner next off the taxi rank.
Might operate well in conducive conditions only, but it's spinning sideways on day 2 at Lords.
Still three short, which seems impossible given our squad size. If either Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro, Nicholls or Akinola step up then maybe only two. I like JLAA and think he could be the foil for Akinde.
We need a right back. Gutting that Pearson suffered with injuries so had to be released as...
Yep. All kinds of shady stuff goes on. I was told the background about a player given a "free transfer" by us, but to repeat it here, without anything other than anecdotal evidence, and not proof, would probably get me, the website and all of our children, current and future sued.
