What a player Moxon is btw. Absolutely run the game since half time/60 mins. He’ll surely be playing at a higher level next season with or without Carlisle.

Took a while to get going again after his knee injury but last 2/3 months of the season he was very good. Definitely wouldn’t want to lose him

We haven’t turned up for either leg. Barnsley deserved winners. We have put in those types of performances too many times this season. Need to solve that next season.

The higher up the leagues you go the less it matters IMO. He’s really top notch on the ball… so would suit a possession side. I’d take him in a heartbeat. Only young too so plenty of improvement left in him. Would be expensive though I assume.

I agree. With that momentum they’ll be very tough to beat. I’d rather lose tonight than go to Wembley to lose. I think Barnsley at home tonight will probably have too much for us anyway. They were miles better than us at the weekend.

How much was added on though? I mean when the ref says 5 mins or something they usually stick to it no matter what from what I’ve seen this season despite time wasting. Assume 14 mins is because of an injury or something?

Wow. Crazy how much the ref allowed over the added time. Not seen a ref do that all season even with time wasting. P’boro will be fuming

Could do with p’boro losing 3-0/4-1 and then the final is there for the taking for us or Barnsley. Don’t fancy Wednesday in the final after a comeback win if they do it

If we just played a bit more patient and move them from side to side we’d have caused them a lot more problems. We were starting to do it in the last 20 mins. Didn’t do it enough though.

On the balance of play Barnsley the better team so a draw is a decent result for us. Will be tough to go there and win again though. We’ll need to be much better next week
