I'd say Anderson is the more concerning out of the two. I agree about Broad, too often he's hit and miss. Reminds me a lot of Andy Caddick in that you know that if he pitches the ball up with the new ball, he will get wickets. But he seems more concerned with pitching short which negates the...
you have to bear in mind with Buttler as well that he's coming in usually around 6 or 7 and so the situation usually means that he has to hit out for the team's sake and obviously means theres more risk of an early dismissal. I understand what you say about Taylor though, I would say if you were...
World of Wrestling was obviously massively popular in the 70's and early 80's, but ended up becoming a little bit farsical and slapstick. It would probably be better if they steered away from that name and would have gone with something else. There's so much young local talent out there that...
i think it'd be pretty harsh for Roy and Billings to be dropped on the back of 1 low score. the whole idea of England being a free scoring attacking team relies on the batsman playing without fear knowing that a low score made trying to push the run rate won't result in them getting the chop...
Why does everyone seem to love James Taylor so much? I get that he's a decent enough batsman and that 98 against Australia in the World Cup is one of our best knocks of the tour (not much competition there), but his scores after that innings were pretty poor and he hasn't really stepped up...
And you could keep the same show format as PCW currently have, where they just have 1 show every month and you can use the Challenge TV Channel as a means of promoting the show with interviews and announcements during advert breaks and the like.
i think there is definitely potential for a nationwide UK indie fed / tv deal. PCW runs it from a nightclub and it works because it feels close in and the acoustics are excellent. i'd imagine there's several big nightclubs in the UK that could host a wrestling show
most exciting time? hmmmmm 50 / 50 on that really.
whilst the talent we have coming in is absolutely outstanding (I thought that single performance from Kevin Owens at EC was one of the best "debut" performances i've ever seen in the WWE), there's fundamental issues wrong with the product...
i went to PCW Showdown in Preston on friday night. Absolutely loved it. Been to one of the free outdoor shows before but this was my first taste of proper English indie wrestling. atmosphere was fantastic. got on the front row too and can I just say how much it elevates the experience. it's a...
I think there's an opportunity there for Owens to be that guy that Cena can't ever seem to beat.
Considering we are talking about JERN CEEEENA and everyone eventually gets beaten by John Cena, I think it'd be a cool little twist to have this Kevin Owens guy who doesn't look like a typical WWE...
they should stick to a ppv every 'season', so say February, May, August & November. That's plenty and gives good opportunity for good feud building without over diluting the product.
