Nice way to start the year and round off a positive Christmas period. Always love a late winner and thought we deserved that. Credit to the gaffa for the changes that’s made the difference recently.

Yep! I can see it happening. We concede so many goals and most of them are easily preventable. The best period we’ve had so far this season game with the best backline we have. Not rocket science. Why we continue to play “favourites” and ship easy goals I have no idea!

We go to Chesterfield having lost 4 in 5 and just 4 points above them after they dipped into the relegation zone. Get the feeling we’re going to get dragged closer to the trap door this evening and hand Chesterfield a very rare 3pts. Hope I’m wrong.

Bizarre line up with players available, bizarre formation with players available and a lack of game plan. We were the better side in the second half but it means absolutely nothing. As Mike and the Mechanics said, “looking back over my shoulder”.
