    Stickied League 2 Transfer Rumours/Confirmed Transfers 2024/25

Rumor on Twitter that Jack Bridge is interesting both Swindon and Crewe. I've follow the guy who posted this and would say he's not far off when he is wrong but a lot of what he says proves to be correct.

    Stickied League 2 Transfer Rumours/Confirmed Transfers 2024/25

Ricky Miller a big loss for you? I know he doesn't have the best goal return looking at the stats but everytime I've seen him play, he's always been a handful with his work-rate.

    Stickied League 2 Transfer Rumours/Confirmed Transfers 2024/25

Like I said, I'm not sure how credible the source is about signing for Port Vale but also hearing the Peterborough rumor is gathering some momentum. Shame really as Posh tend to pick up any half decent prospects from the lower leagues these days. Paul Green - Delighted he's staying on for...

    Stickied League 2 Transfer Rumours/Confirmed Transfers 2024/25

That's exactly what I thought when I heard this rumor. Again, not sure how credible this source is but he's leaving this summer.

    Stickied League 2 Transfer Rumours/Confirmed Transfers 2024/25

Yes, he's prone to making a mistake once every couple of games and he usually pays for it. However, when he cuts that out he's an excellent centre-back at this level. Can pass the ball comfortably but fancies himself as a ball-playing centre back so will sometimes try to play his way out of...

    Crewe vs FGR

Moving back on topic, I thoroughly enjoyed Saturday's game and credit to Forest Green Rovers for the way they play. All 3 of your goals were well taken and deserved. Starting to get optimistic for the season ahead now the likes of Dale & Lowery have really made an impact within the squad, but...

    Stickied League 2 Transfer Rumours/Confirmed Transfers 2024/25

Not sure how credible the source is but hearing George Ray will sign for the Vale this summer. Bishop always looks quality whenever I have seen him play but can only see him signing if Jones leaves for a bigger club. Since his Preston deal fell through, I would be suprised to see a L1 or...

    What drives you mad?

Inability to take a throw-in - Either give possession away or attempt to play a one-two and it goes straight out of play. Marketing - Can't remember a time when Crewe reduced ticket prices to try and attract new fans or bump the attendances.

The (David Vaughan?) Derby - Crewe v Notts

Must admit, I really did feel for the 1000+ Notts County fans who turned up on Saturday. Felt if Hemmings would have converted his chance, it could have been game on to try and get a result because apart from that, you were never really in the game. It will be a shame to see such as...

The (David Vaughan?) Derby - Crewe v Notts

Honestly, it depends which Crewe side turns up on the day. Crewe are very much the definition of inconsistency... very capable of beating sides like Crawley 6-0, and turning over Mansfield but can also have a number of players not turn up on the day. Artell is his own worst enemy when it comes...

Port Vale Vs Crewe Alexandra D road derby

Colchester Away was the poorest performance, but Vale away was a close second! Tell me jbet is it a derby or a rivalry?

Port Vale Vs Crewe Alexandra D road derby

Not quite sure what Artell was thinking with his team selection. Combine the width of that pitch, our most creative outlet, and the presence of two 6+ foot strikers, why wouldn't you start Kirk and Ainley in a 4-4-2 and let them run at full-backs and feed both strikers? Both strikers were very...

Port Vale Vs Crewe Alexandra D road derby

Would have been hell of a lot more interesting if Vale hadn't picked up some the points they needed and were fighting to stay in the football league... Had many great days at Vale but getting relegated from League 1 at Vale Park still haunts me. Still, Vale need 3/4 more points to be safe and...

    GATESHEAD

Do feel empathy for Gateshead ON the pitch. Relatively small squad and not selling key players without replacing them, yet they are still in the play-offs. Do understand why I have read comments about Gateshead not wanting to make the play-offs and how promotion could potentially reunion them
