    To all you Bolton haters

That's what I thought. Sunderland Definitely, Wednesday probably. Probably angles you can argue in the favour of the others mentioned, but I think we probably just edge them.

    League 2 Promotion Play-off dates 2020/21

Skybet have; Newport 9/4 Tranmere 5/2 Morecambe 11/4 Forest Green 3/1 Can't believe Morecambe aren't favourites.

    Final league matches 2020/21

Will be interesting to see how the promoted clubs approach recruitment for next season. Given the start we had I don't particularly want a large turnover. But, was league 2 worse than normal this year? It was certainly a more even division. Feel like we have players who know the system now and...

    To all you Bolton haters

I'd say 3rd. Don't even know who you can even consider for the others. Sunderland being one of those could go up too. Think there's a recency bias with Wigan. They've done well on the back of DW but aren't very big really.

    Final league matches 2020/21

The experienced players played a huge part for us today. The composure for the 1st from sarce was huge. Made it into a much more comfortable afternoon. Well done to the others promoted and good luck to those in the playoffs. I imagine Morecambe will be favourites but it can be tough...

    Final league matches 2020/21

Sums up my feelings, go from thinking we should win comfortably to that we have no chance. I'm not doubting Morecambe winning at all. On your last line, Evatt sounds in a much better mindset and I assume your players will be too. I think the confidence/ arrogance is what can get you to...

    Final league matches 2020/21

Yep, it's definitely a worry. The betting markets have loads of teams odds on for a change. Probably value backing the upsets. There is definitely an element of not wanting an injury for your summer. Countered with the desire to ruin someone's plans. I think Morecambe win, so we need to...

Yeah, nailed it. I can't really complain about the fans that turned up in good faith, probably hoping to join a bit of a celebration if lucky. But the scenes after ft are a disgrace, people have taken kids, not expecting a riot.

I said doesn't really, not that it doesn't. If we lose again we don't deserve to go up automatic

If Morecambe win, we had to win with a draw today regardless. The only way it comes into play is if we lose and Morecambe draw, in which case a point today would have had us up.

A loss doesn't change too much for us, which is about the only positive. We were always going to have to do it the hard way. There's no way we get back up for it in the playoffs.

League Two 2021/22 (very) early discussion

2/4 this (probably) 1/3 last 0/4 year before 27% If we get up, I'd expect to stay up at least. The board want to go up again as soon as possible, which I doubt they can expect without some sort of financial backing, given teams like Sunderland pay mega money at that level.

League Two 2020/21 Team of the Season.

Pretty sure Morecambe were favourites to go down? So Adams should probably have won it for me. We've been the best team in the league since the Jan additions, but none of them can get in based on it being <20 appearances. Santos out POTY for me and he should be in if we were to have any 1...

League Two 2021/22 (very) early discussion

Based on? Quick look suggests most stay up, even if it's a bit outdated. https://www.footballbetting.org.uk/articles/how-often-do-newly-promoted-teams-get-relegated/

Yeah, agreed. But that's where the business/ fan split has come in at the top. More clubs are business orientated rather than wanting to win things. It's nice to get into, but the fun is quite short lived. You are lucky if you remain on an upward curve for a bit after promotion, get into Europe...

    Saturday May 1st

I wish the FA Cup could be back to what it once was to be honest. Maybe linking it to Champions League qualification or something would force it into focus. But the FA won't want one of the big clubs not making it, so that won't happen. Birmingham would have been far better off staying up than...

Who will be in the top 7

Not sure they will with a chance at autos still. Hope you can turn it round, as it helps us and I also don't want to see Salford going up.

Makes for a good game, 2 teams who need the win.

    Saturday May 1st

Maybe as an appearance off the bench, but would probably prefer the ones that earned it to get to enjoy it really. Potentially some won't be starting/ at the club next season. I think we need a bit of a freshen up if promoted, one of the podcasts mentioned our 1 goal wins. It isn't sustainable...

I'm quietly confident we will get a win. But it isn't certain and I'd rather wait for confirmation before celebrating. It's certainly possible someone wins both/ all 3 games to make us need the win. Equally possibly no one closes the gap as it stands and we're already up.
