I suspect they may run into some issues, they can’t sack him and not the others because he’s injured, there are a number of laws against that kind of action.
I suspect either something else is afoot, or he’ll win a substantial payout in court.
Karelis off injured on a stretcher on his first start, back to having no strikers, and Millwall score from their first chance, tap in after a deflected shot from distance is saved.
It’s terrible luck, again, but we’re also just not very good at the moment.
Millwall at home - feels like a game we should be winning if we want to start climbing the table. Not that confident given our recent performances though.
With Canos injured, I imagine we'll stick with a back 4 and Watkins up top.

I was amazed how bad the queues for food were. We left just before the two minute warning and 5 minutes into the second half, still hadn’t gotten halfway through the queue so gave up.
Pretty bad from us again. We were certainly unlucky at the start of the season (and had our fair share of bad luck at the weekend) but we’ve been pretty poor in general for a while, another deserved loss today.
2nd lowest scorers in the division - keep that record going and we’ll be in real...
Should have won tonight, Bentley made a number of cracking saves. Great cross and header for the equaliser - just a shame as otherwise very little had been created against us all night.
We’ll be fine but it’s going to take a big run to trouble the play offs now. Top half will have to be the aim...
Yeah, though he brings a more direct style than a lot of our other players which is great at times. Got two assists today to be fair.
He really was starting to kick on at one point, got an injury and then couldn’t get past Benrahma and Watkins to get into the team. He’s good and still has loads...
Thank fuck for that. Thought the worst when the goal went in.
Must have hit the woodwork more than any other team this year - glad it didn’t cost us this time.
Hopefully start of a run, but we play a lot of in form sides in the next few games
We’re away at Barnsley, who’ve been struggling, but then so have we.
I hope we ditch the 5 man defence against bad teams, or when at home. It’s certainly helped us bring down the goals against column (3rd lowest in the league), but we just aren’t scoring.
My guess is we line up as we have done...
I've enjoyed the Championship a lot more than League 1 - the quality of football is much much better, and generally the games are more entertaining.
Doesn't hurt that we've been relatively successful since getting promoted though!
If you're still in the EU then you can just continue to watch using Sky Go - if you're outside the EU it won't work at all.
Of course, at the moment that's only the case until October 31 (as the rights are linked to EU laws), then my guess is you won't be able to watch Sky outside of the UK at all.
Pretty much, then we turn it around in the second half of the season, have Top 4 form, but finish just outside the play offs. Sell our best players. Need to gel the side together again. Struggle early in the season with results not matching performances. Rinse. Repeat.
One year we’ll have a...
We’ve got Stoke at home this weekend, hopefully a home win but very difficult to know what result we’ll get at the moment.
We’ve massively improved this year at stopping shots from coming in, but the rate at which we’re conceding from them has shot up (in our games against Birmingham, Charlton...
Entirely fair - attacking wise we don’t seem to create the real 1 on 1s that other teams do, though it doesn’t help when you are 1-0 down early on and the other team (quite rightly) sits back.
We conceded two today off 4 shots (two on target), we conceded one against Birmingham from their only...
Well, we really must have the worst shots to goals conceded ratio in the league (I’m sure we have close to the worst every year, but this year seems ridiculous)
Totally agree, but oddly he’s been quite good there - when he plays as one of the forward 3 he has a tendency to run into blind alleys, but if he’s at wing back he’s always got someone in front to help open space. A little suspect defensively but usually we are the ones pressing and high up the...
