My head hurts trying to calculate all permutations.
One ludicrous piece of info though: As things stand at the moment, If we (Crawley) beat Coventry next Sunday, both teams could stay up - or both could go down.
What a fuck up :)
You sure about that? If we beat Coventry, as things stand it's possible to be relegated - and drag Coventry down with us (I think so anyway). I admit it's a very unlikely scenario but I think it's actually possible. Don't rely on that as my head is still spinning after today's game.
EDIT...
We're still quite capable of going down. Looks like there will be a party on here if that happens :)
I suppose the difference between us and some others is that we KNOW that we're crap :)
The Tinpot Turds.
I'm not hanging out the bunting yet but tonight's results make the table a little less daunting. Like my compatriot, I'm wondering how it would pan out f ourselves and Coventry need a draw to guarantee safety on the final day. I would hope that there's enough respect for the game to at least...
How's it go?
"He's here,
Here's there,
He's got fuckin' shit hair,
Alan Smith...Alan Smith..."
This could easily be a league 2 fixture next season. You haven't got rid of us that easily.
It looks on for our first relegation since 1970 but I've not given up hope yet. A win against Notts Co. would make it look a little rosier again. Ironically, a Crawley-Notts Co draw may not be much use to either side.
Hi all.
I finally got around to migrating from some other forum. One moment it was going to be there for a few more weeks, the next it was gone. We hadn't even finished our book nominations in the off topic section. Anyway, I've been busy with a load of stuff so only just got around to coming...
