Preston couln't wish for a better team to be above them in this final day race for the playoffs. We're the kings of bottling it, and there's a very good chance we'll do just that yet again.
Would be typical of us to have turned things round against Cardiff and Villa, only to lose 3-0 at home to...
Fantastic point at Villa.
As long as Millwall don’t go and thrash Boro, then it’s still in our hands for the final day. Barnsley shown today they won’t be pushovers though.
Will be do our usual and crumble under the pressure? :err:
Jerome at it again! 1-0 at half time, but I’m not sure how....Villa put us under some serious pressure in the last 15 minutes of the first half....it felt like that lasted for about an hour. :eyes:
We need to hope Millwall don't beat Boro, so that we go in to the final day with it still in our hands (and Brentford don't annihilate Barnsley)
Villa 2-1 Derby
We played at home to a Reading side with nothing to play for on the final day 3 years ago. We just needed a point to make the playoffs. We lost 3-0.
We’ll still find a way to fuck up if we can.
Haha where did that second half performance come from? All of a sudden things don’t look quite as bleak.
As good as that was, it’s so infuriating why they couldn’t show that effort and desire for the past few months. We could have avoided being in this mess.
We won’t win another game all season. Just a case of waiting for this crap season to end, and then do all this implosion thing all over again next season.
Personalky I don’t think the forum is anywhere near active enough anymore to successfully run big games like 1ff wars, survivor, and game show marathon.
Three defeats in a row. 16 points from a possible 48....yet somehow crazily with our game in hand on Tuesday this is still in our hands.
Shame we’re fucking useless, and have no chance of getting anything, but still...
