Out of contract/ Release
Jacob Butterfield, Bradley Johnson, Craig Bryson, Marcus Olsson, David Nugent, Alex Pearce, Nick Blackman, Ashley Cole and Jonathan Mitchell.
I would have said keep Johnson but it looks as if we're signing Graeme Shinnie so BJ won't be needed. Big wages to get off the...
We remain in touching distance.
Didn't play brilliantly today but a decent point with a couple of sitters missed too, some strange refereeing decisions during the game including a foul on Ashley Cole in the box given as a dive. Thankfully a fair few results went for us.
Aye, shit list.
Huddlestone has triggered another year with us.
Ours are; Jacob Butterfield, Bradley Johnson, Craig Bryson, Marcus Ollson, David Nugent, Alex Pearce, Nick Blackman, Kelle Roos, Efe Ambrose and Ashley Cole.
We've offered Roos a contract and it's still to be seen whether we...
We did in 14/15 which is where it all started really and any bad run this time of year gets referenced to that and 'it's happening again'. That was a bad one though, top of the league in March to finishing 8th come May...
There seems to be a consistent bad run every year in Feb/March which is...
Dunno like, we’ve made them 3 times out of the last 5 years. One of the times we missed out was on the last day of the season... we generally do compete to get in them. We even compete for at least one of the play off legs too! Just normally throw the second.
This years a bit different with a...
Looks like PNE's and Villa's to lose at the moment.
We're playing well again which is promising, get Mount back after the break and we might just be able to stay in touching distance till the end.
There's some shite teams in this league.
Was alright that, a decent Championship game.
Set piece goals, keepers making neat saves at both ends, to and fro'ing in the stands. Bouncing in both ends... even a smoke bomb.
Win on Wednesday and we'll have had a decent week or so.
I don't know about impressed but I'm happy with him for another season. The cup performances and runs were impressive I guess, just a major frustration we weren't really able to transfer that to our league form. We're too naive at times which is expected from a rookie.
I'd have took top 10 in...
Why so salty. :bg:
Not sure you beating us will 'fuck us up' mind. Taking 1 point from Ipswich, Millwall and Forest has done that. You're clear favourites for Sat and will win comfortably if Smith does his homework.
Another shite performance. Gambled with resting Huddlestone and it just didn't work. Ipswich deserved the win over the 90 minutes but just lack any sort of quality. If Dave Nugent wasn't half dead we'd be coming back with all 3 points.
Onto the cup.
