No chance of us being related but possibility that we know each other at TNL.
Sad that the guy does not realise I had posted a backhanded compliment.
If FGR secure promotion with the lowest attendances in league history then that would offer incentive for other smaller clubs to 'go for it'...
Good that you have FGR as an auto-promoted.
I suspect Dale Vince already has the local tattooists number on his phone's speed dial for that second promotion star on back on his neck to be inked in.
After Saturday's home match v Hartlepool, FGR have 4 away games of which 3 are against promotion...
Nothing embarrassing about stating the truth.
FGR's attendance is probably the worst ever for a leading promotion team in history.
That is embarrassing.
Home support for FGR will remain small even after club relocates to Eco Park, 'cos the new wooden 'vanity' stadium has same capacity as at TNL: - around 5,000.
I agree with others that the poor home support for a club that's been top of table for the entire season is utterly embarrassing.
FGR's outstanding candidate for Player of Year is Matty Stevens.
Alas he is out of football for next 12 months with an ACL.
One wonders if another FGR player will win award in a month's time when the poll is opened.
Some years ago Ethan Pinnock [now playing in Premiership with Brentford]...
Alas no.
However the other EFL2 site has an active thread: "League 2 Away Support Thread"

That might help out.
Realistically relegation will be from two teams in the bottom four: - Scunthorpe, Stevenage, Oldham or Barrow.
Scunthorpe are virtually doomed so one place from other three teams.
Stevenage with 3 pts less than team above them with inferior GD look most likely to go down.
However until...
Games in hand for teams near bottom of table do not usually convert to maximum points on the table.
Even checking forthcoming games is fraught with problems. Teams fighting for survival tend to raise their game against another team in danger of relegation. And those safe from relegation or...
Looking at the attendance figures it is abundantly clear that FGR are punching well above their weight and club will probably not be able to sustain a long term position in the EFL. Especially now that their main sponsor Ecotricity is being sold.
But if that be the case the fans must relish...
Update on thread.
Of the 8 brave predictas, most are about half correct.
Always difficult to forecast one's own team 'cos the heart interferes/influences logic.
Mansfield were my early season promotion favourites and remained so throughout the season.
They usually do well v FGR, so I would not be overly surprised if Mansfield secure 4 points against FGR in next month.
