Johnson was well rated with us and he was solid but never spectacular. Was only ever really shown up by the best wingers at this level but you knew you were getting a 7/10 performance all matches bar 2 or 3. It’s a shame we let him go as he wouldn’t have been on shedloads of money and is the...
Reynolds is too arrogant to ever learn any lessons.
Covid lockdowns may do him a favour actually, much harder to get smashed on balloons with your pals these days.
How are Johnson and Adams getting on by the way? (Can we have them back?)
And that’s with the best GK in the division in Loach. Goes to show how much the chairman has fucked up here. He took a gamble on Covid causing the season to end (and therefore cut costs) but this will harm us much more long term.
I think you’re more likely to see Dover dropping than us.
Jesus Christ you do not ever want to advertise that Beadle is available for a job at your club.
Please do not do it to yourself.
Currie would be a tremendous appointment (I can’t express how great he was to have around the club for us) but he left us to not work with the appalling budget that...
Very very unusual. Are there any clubs in the area looking for a new manager? I’d say us given the history but I doubt that we’d back Flowers like we have if he was a stop gap (and we already had DB in the door when we surprisingly went to the second choice of TF).
I know things haven’t looked...
I think Bromley are one of those teams like Sutton where you always get a decent game out of them. When do you ever hear of Bromley or Sutton getting tonked? I may be wrong but I can’t remember any time.
Please believe that us Barnet fans will easily out-negative you when it comes to talking about our team. It’s not worth the fight to try to say that you’re worse than us.
Even more so because this season we actually ARE as bad as we say we are.
Christ Stockport you’ve ballsed that up. No idea on the other two but McGhee is an arrogant, condescending prick who will alienate your squad and your fanbase. Im not quite sure how he’s twisted you into giving him an interview let alone a contract.
He really is a proper toad of a man who no...
At times as hard as this for so many, your football team and the memories + meaning it holds is all that you have to keep you going sometimes. Then you see it all fall apart like this with no end in sight and you really do wonder what you have left.
Is it too early to say that today is a season-defining game?
A win and it’s a confidence boosting win for Flowers and proof that we can get some of result with his initial changes to our squad.
Anything else and it’s proof that we just cannot compete at this level this season.
