Yep, having seen it back Aimson does himself no favours the way he goes to ground after taking the ball, I can understand why in real time the ref would think it was two footed. It’s not as much of a refereeing howler as I first thought but should still be overturned.

Alan Curbishley must have slept with the ref’s mum. The worst officiating performance you’re likely to ever see. The hand ball penalty that never was is possibly the worst I’ve ever seen. We weren’t great today but up against 14 men we did well.

It’s pretty uninspiring, isn’t it? Realistically though, it’s about as good as we were ever going to get at the moment. No choice but to get behind him and the team now.
