Think you're forgetting just over 25 years ago a match between the 2 sides taking place over 100 miles away attracted a crowd in excess of 80k. Both sides sold out their allocations quickly and it was estimated 10s of thousands missed out. So 80k minimum is a fact and not some figure plucked...
