Our record with Danny Wright this season:
Played 18 / Won 14 / Drawn 2 / Lost 2
Without him:
Played 15 / Won 5 / Drawn 4 / Lost 6
Whilst he was injured we went from 6 points clear at the top to 10 points behind Sutton.
Need to wrap him in cotton wool for the rest of the season if we are...
Always worth asking for a refund if the service is shite. Lots of our fans got their money back from Yeovil and Dagenham due to the appalling streams they supplied. If you don't ask you don't get.
We were pretty poor again today but Danny Wright is back! Looked like he'd never been away to be honest, came on for the last half an hour and showed us exactly what we've been missing. Not only the goal but just his all around nous. Still wouldn't start him on Monday though as two games in two...
Better than what we had before but that's not saying much! He clearly knows how to play the position and does offer us a bit of a focal point as opposed to the headless chickens we've had there since Wright's injury. If we had our two wide players fit I think he'd be an able deputy for Wright...
No real change for us, Sutton were 6 points ahead with a game in hand, now they're 9 points ahead with the same number of games played. Just as if they'd won their game in hand, which they probably would have anyway. Notts are the big winners as they somehow managed to lose to Dover! At least...
What's to stop the whole of the bottom half of the table now also stopping playing, and taking the 40k fine (they'd save the fine in a week or two of not playing) and the 12 point deduction (if they're all starting on -12 the deduction is meaningless)?
Still not great today but a definite improvement on recent weeks. Much more intensity and back to the high press which worked so well early in the season. Still needed an error from the keeper to score though, our first goal from open play for 433 minutes apparently!
I've been critical of Jake...
Well we finally should have 4 fit defenders tonight after bringing in a young left back from Argyle. We're really only missing 3 important players now. Our captain and best defender in Cameron, player of the year (until he got injured 6 weeks ago) Nemane and Danny Wright up front. Should all be...
He didn't say he thought you going out of business was funny, just you getting relegated. Of course nobody wants to see clubs going out of businees but that doesn't stop you enjoying their on field struggles does it?
Thought Barnet fans didn't care about Wealdstone? Yet you all seem to get...
Andrews shouldn't be on the pitch. Was decent in the NLS but he's not up to this level. I'd go with a back three personally with Hall moving back between Lewis and Sherring. Wynter and Whitfield as wing backs. Buse in the middle with Randell, Evans playing behind Boden and Waters.
Probably also...
