Could understand a few of you guys missing one of the things I listed, but all 3, and the tannoy, and the programme notes, and the website ( accept very few would look at this)
Come on!
Then not one of the Chesterfield fans, on any form of social media, have actually said ‘sorry, we didn’t...
What? Nobody noticed the sole piper stood in the centre circle, or that the 3 home stands stood in unison to applaud? Or the names on the scoreboard? This went on for several minutes, unfortunately there were a lot who passed away last year, but nobody in the away end noticed??
Absolutely vile...
As this was the first home game of 2025, like most clubs these days, Grimsby had a memorium for former fans and players who had passed away during 2024. A piper led the tribute from the centre circle as photos and names of those no longer with us appeared on the scoreboard. The crowd stood...
11th
6 points off the play offs with 2 games in hand
Splashed the cash
Would have thought your owners would expect the fans get behind the club after they’ve done their bit

Probably puts the mockers on it
Wearne showed promise at Grimsby but, for whatever reason, his opportunities were very limited. Playing under Williamson at Gateshead and then MKD suited him so Iexpect he will continue at Carlisle

During his time with us, he was right up there amongst the worst EFL players I had ever seen. Yes, he was new to the UK and a youngster but looked clueless. Scored a few in the NL this season but he will have had to improved by a considerable amount to be remotely useful
Grimsby going to Borehamwood really brought it home to me as to how far we had fallen. I had actually played a competitive fixture against them!!
Going to Histon, Hayes and Yeading, etc was great and soul destroying in equal measures
I think Bromley have some potential to establish themselves, far more than if Borehamwood, Braintree or a Wealdstone made the EFL. They are growing their fan base, their new pitch is excellent ( paid for by the owner of London City Lionesses who also play there) and they have a big catchment...
